Serikos Return and Exchange Policy

At Serikos, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our curated selection of art, jewelry, and luxury items. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide clarity and confidence in your shopping experience.

General Return Policy

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care Team at customer.care@serikos.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Art and Jewelry Specifics

Art Pieces: Due to the unique and often fragile nature of original artworks, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect art pieces upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days.

Jewelry: Jewelry items can be returned within 15 days, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
